The role could be based in Limassol&nbsp;or&nbsp;Nicosia.BenefitsWorking Hours &amp; Conditions:<ul><li>Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (½-hour break)</li><li>Location: Fully on-site (remote work only in emergencies with prior approval)</li><li>Leave: 21 days annual leave + 4 hours/month for emergency use (not deducted)</li><li>Overtime: Not required by policy; if approved by management, it is paid</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary: 13th salary included</li><li>Bonuses: Annual bonus or quarterly commission based on company targets</li><li>Retirement: Provident fund to be implemented soon</li><li>Professional Growth: Opportunities for development in a global maritime setting</li></ul>Job Responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;Policy Implementation and Target Achievement<ul><li>Contribute to the effective implementation of departmental policies and procedures, supporting the achievement of set business targets.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Plan and manage a weekly schedule for client visits, calls, and prospecting new business opportunities.</li><li>Proactively identify potential clients through various online and offline resources.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule daily meetings with existing and prospective clients.</li><li>Organize joint client visits with supervisors or senior management for strategic/key accounts.</li><li>Consistently secure a minimum of 3 to 4 new accounts monthly.</li><li>Generate and pursue qualified sales leads to promote the organization’s full range of products and services.</li><li>Execute a minimum of 60 targeted sales visits per month.</li><li>Maintain accurate daily reports tracking all activities, progress, and outcomes.</li><li>Lead rate and contract negotiations with clients, agents, and stakeholders, ensuring internal approvals are secured.</li></ul>CRM and Administrative Management<ul><li>Regularly update the CRM system with daily activities including calls, visits, and issued quotations.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date records of client contact details and address directories.</li><li>Organize and archive client-related documentation and communications within the CRM platform.</li></ul>Customer Service &amp; Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Professionally follow up on issued quotations and proposals.</li><li>Send timely follow-up, recap, and thank-you emails following client meetings.</li><li>Ensure all quotations are delivered within a maximum of 48 hours from receiving a client request.</li><li>Work collaboratively with the customer service team to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Obtain necessary management approvals prior to extending credit facilities.</li><li>Gather and report market intelligence, including freight rates, demurrage charges, and available transit lines.</li><li>Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and partners, gathering feedback to support continuous improvement.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and departmental coordination for closed deals, or provide detailed reasons for lost opportunities.</li><li>Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries and service support needs.</li><li>Support various administrative and operational tasks as needed, acknowledging that the nature of responsibilities may evolve in line with changes in business practices, technologies, or regulations.</li></ul>Job requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor in Business Administration – Marketing Emphasis</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping line operations, specifically in export/import processes</li><li>Experience in vessel services companies is not considered relevant to this role</li><li>Positive attitude</li><li>People-oriented</li><li>Patient and flexible</li><li>Initiative Taker</li><li>Ability to manage stress and handle difficult clients</li><li>Good Communication Skills</li><li>The job requires flexible schedules</li><li>Potential travel</li></ul>HOW TO APPLYIf you are interested, click <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://work-channel.com/job_positions/senior-sales-in-limassol/">HERE</a>&nbsp;Note: Thank you for considering this opportunity and for taking the time to apply.
