Company:&nbsp;An innovative, fast-growing and progressive investment firm is seeking to recruit a highly experienced, responsible Business Development Manager to join a team of professionals. This represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to further develop their career with one of the fast-growing investment firms operating in Cyprus. You will be part of our dedicated sales team, handling new and existing clients while further developing your own portfolio. Job description Key Responsibilities / Duties<ul><li>Handling all assigned leads completely and professionally</li><li>Promote the Company’s financial products and services</li><li>Cross selling and upselling company products at every opportunity</li><li>Assisting clients with any queries and technical issues</li><li>Implementing call protocols and follow up procedures</li><li>Maintaining and updating company CRM</li><li>Identifying and suggesting proposals for growth</li><li>Exploring ways to increase network of clients</li><li>Achieve daily and monthly KPIs through successful sales and cold calling</li><li>Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone</li><li>Develop business relationships with prospective clients and partners</li><li>Follow the company’s compliance policies and procedures with regards to processing client documentation and other relative matters</li><li>Communicating efficiently between all departments</li><li>Suggesting feedback for improvement</li></ul> Work Experience / Knowledge<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of previous experience on Sales in the Forex Industry</li><li>Native English speaker required</li><li>Greek language will be an advantage</li></ul> Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required<ul><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li>A genuine interest in Sales and the Forex Industry</li><li>Self-motivated and versatile with a strong desire for development and success</li><li>Creative and results driven</li><li>Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive approach and outlook</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals</li><li>Dynamic, innovative and target driven</li><li>Strong networking capability</li><li>Positive attitude to learning and implementing sales techniques</li><li>Strong team player</li></ul>Education<ul><li>University Degree or College Diploma in Finance/Economics/Banking/ Business Administration or related field</li></ul>What we offer: We offer meaningful and interesting work along with a competitive salary and good work-life balance.
