The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, adhering to Kanika's guidelines and the Reservations Team's Standard Operating Procedures.Ready to grow your skills and work alongside experienced professionals?&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver exceptional customer service per Kanika Hotels &amp; Resorts guidelines and reservations SOPs</li><li>Answer inquiries about facilities and services, manage reservations, and provide customer support</li><li>Efficiently process direct reservations and inquiries in line with Kanika values</li><li>Assist hotel guests and tour operators with destination wedding packages</li><li>Manage website inquiries via CRM, ensuring effective follow-up and maximizing conversions from chats to confirmed bookings</li><li>Handle VIP and CIP reservations promptly and professionally</li><li>Ensure all arrival correspondence is linked to the PMS reservation system</li><li>Implement proper use of reservation systems, sales scripts, pricing policies, and communication skills for high service quality and sales conversion</li><li>Collaborate with the Head of Reservations to achieve targets</li><li>Build strong relationships with tour operators and travel agents</li><li>Maximize room revenues through up-selling techniques for rooms and hotel facilities like restaurants and spas</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Previous experience in a similar role or within the tourism industry is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with reservation systems like Fidelio and Opera is beneficial</li><li>Fluency in English and Greek is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficient in IT and word processing, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Good organizational and time management abilities</li><li>Capable of researching, analyzing, and presenting information clearly and concisely</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude</li><li>Honesty, reliability, and attention to detail</li><li>Discreet, with a strong understanding of confidentiality</li></ul>Ready to take your hospitality career to the next level and make a real impact?
