HR Administrator&nbsp; Our company, Human Asset Ltd, which operates in the HR advisory and recruitment field, is looking to hire an energetic professional to join the team.&nbsp; The Responsibilities:<ul><li>Screening of CVs and administration of CVs in the CRM</li><li>Organizing the pool of candidates and arrange the interviews</li><li>Administration support to the HR advisors</li><li>Ensure the relevant HR CRM is up to date</li><li>Assist in the recruitment process and sourcing candidates via CRM and Linkedin</li><li>Conducting search in social media (focused on Linkedin) in order to identify possible pool of candidates</li><li>Communicating via phone, email or direct messages with possible candidates to establish relationship and circulate the vacancies</li></ul> The individual:<ul><li>Acquiring a degree in any field (preferred in business related fields)</li><li>Very good knowledge of MS office (word, excel, powerpoint)</li><li>Experience in CRM or ATS systems will in considered as an advantage</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English languages</li><li>Open minded, flexible, effective communicator and resilient</li></ul> Benefits:&nbsp;<ul><li>13th&nbsp;salary (1200-1300gross)</li><li>Friday half day</li><li>Performance based bonus</li></ul>If you are interested in this position, kindly submit your CV through the provided link: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17561307849180061567sJm">https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17561307849180061567sJm</a>
