WE ARE LOOKING FOR:On behalf of FXIFY™, &nbsp;we are looking to hire an experienced and talented Social&nbsp;Media Manager&nbsp;to join our Cyprus dynamic and growing Marketing team in Limassol office! &nbsp;As a Social Media Manager, you will take full ownership of our online presence - leading innovative strategies to grow brand awareness through online channels, strengthen community engagement, and fuel business growth.&nbsp; In more detail, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for:<ul><li>Developing and executing region-specific social media strategies that support the overall marketing and business objectives.</li><li>Creating and engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and compliance regulations.</li><li>Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.</li><li>Collaborating with the global marketing and regional teams to localize content and campaigns for regional audiences.</li><li>Building and maintaining relationships with key influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to expand the prop firm's social media presence.</li><li>Collaborating closely with marketing, compliance, and legal teams to ensure all social media activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.</li><li>Offering suggestions and implementation strategies to the Management, as to new ways to increase brand awareness and exposure.</li><li>Monitoring social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.</li><li>Keeping up to date with industry related best practices, which may be relevant to your role.</li><li>Performing other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Direct Supervisor and/or the Management.</li></ul>&nbsp;PERSON SPECIFICATION:<ul><li>Minimum 2-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the Forex/Prop Trading/ FinTech industry.</li><li>Excellent understanding and knowledge of forex and prop firms.
