As part of the&nbsp;All &amp; More Hotels and Resorts&nbsp;family, Hotel Napa Suites&nbsp;is expanding its team – and we want YOU to be part of it! &nbsp;We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented&nbsp;Receptionist&nbsp; to join our boutique, adults-only hotel in the heart of Ayia Napa. Be the welcoming face of our property and help us deliver the exceptional guest experience we’re known for — from smooth check-ins to personalized service throughout each stay.&nbsp;Duties:<ul><li>Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures.</li><li>Go beyond the front desk — proactively engage with guests throughout their stay.</li><li>Handle all cash floats and transactions accurately during your shift.</li><li>Respond to guest queries and log all interactions for follow-up.</li><li>Uphold AYA Resort’s Standard Operating Procedures and service excellence.</li><li>Maintain clear shift handovers and communication with colleagues.</li><li>Monitor guest credit balances and notify senior management when necessary.</li><li>Assist guests with restaurant, nightclub, excursion, and transport bookings.</li><li>Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service at all times.</li><li>Support the Front Office with administrative tasks and any other reasonable duties.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>A guest-focused, energetic personality with a passion for hospitality.</li><li>Excellent communication and multitasking skills.</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.</li><li>Attention to detail &amp; time management.</li><li>Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.</li><li>Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Ability to work weekends &amp; holidays.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Working hours: 48 hours per week</li><li>Paid annual leave</li><li>Free meal during shifts</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>&nbsp;Friendly, supportive team environment</li><li>Be part of a growing, stylish hospitality brand</li></ul>Apply Today!
