As part of the&nbsp;All &amp; More Hotels and Resorts&nbsp;family,&nbsp;Hotel Napa Suites&nbsp;is expanding its team – and we want YOU to be part of it!&nbsp;We’re looking for a&nbsp;reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Waiter/Waitress to join our boutique, adults-only hotel in the heart of Ayia Napa.&nbsp;&nbsp;What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Assist in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables promptly and efficiently.</li><li>Support waiters in delivering food and beverages to guests.</li><li>Refill water glasses and provide bread or other complimentary items as instructed.</li><li>Maintain stock levels of tableware, utensils, and service stations.</li><li>Prepare and maintain all place areas to the required standard.</li><li>Follow opening, service, and closing procedures as instructed in the operational manual.</li><li>Clean assigned service and dining areas to a high standard of hygiene.</li><li>Respond promptly to guest requests and refer any complex queries to the Waiter or Supervisor.</li><li>Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and team members.</li><li>Support in greeting and seating guests as required.</li></ul>&nbsp;What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Minimum of 1–2 years’ proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and hygiene standards.</li><li>Professional appearance and grooming.</li><li>Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Working hours: 48 hours per week</li><li>Paid annual leave</li><li>Free meal during shifts</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Friendly, supportive team environment</li><li>Be part of a growing, stylish hospitality brand</li></ul>Apply Today!
