Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement &amp; Logistics Manager to oversee our sourcing, purchasing, and distribution operations. This role is critical to ensuring cost-effective procurement, timely delivery of goods, and efficient logistics coordination across our supply chain. &nbsp; &nbsp;Key Responsibilities • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms and pricing • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage vendor relationships and performance metrics • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Oversee inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor and optimize supply chain costs and delivery timelines • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan purchases • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead risk management efforts related to supply contracts and logistics &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Requirements • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics management • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent communication and organizational abilities• &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluent in both written and spoken Greek and English What We Offer • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Opportunities for professional growth and development • &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A dynamic and collaborative work environment
