Responsibilities:<ul><li>Use the company knowledge and experience of delivering Platform-as-a-Service and Continuous Delivery to build and maintain platforms for our clients.</li><li>Influence client backlogs and ways of working while working as an embedded engineer in client scrum teams.</li><li>Follow an agile approach of delivering value as early as possible and then iterating.</li><li>Develop platform services and components using a variety of languages and tools.</li><li>Full lifecycle delivery, from requirements to production support.</li><li>Create automated tests and documentation for everything that you build.</li><li>Follow security best practices.</li><li>Focus on tenant and developer experience.</li><li>Pair with other engineers on any aspect of delivery.</li><li>Be on call to support production systems and respond to alerts during the working day.</li><li>Debug issues for yourself and others.</li><li>Attend company and client rituals, like stand-ups, planning and retrospectives.</li></ul> &nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Great understanding of computer science fundamentals.</li><li>Deep knowledge of Cloud architecture and experience with at least one provider.</li><li>Solid understanding of the concepts of Containerization and Container Orchestration, including best practices for deployment and scaling.</li><li>Firm belief in “Everything-as-Code”, Immutable Infrastructure and Automation.</li><li>Experience in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and implementing monitoring tools to support self-service, visibility, and system health.</li><li>Experience in writing application code in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Go, Python.</li><li>Very good understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle.</li><li>Good grasp of the trade-offs in distributed systems.</li><li>You can articulate a solution to a non-technical audience.</li><li>You can express your disagreement constructively.</li><li>A consulting mindset or interest to develop one.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li></ul> &nbsp;What we offer:<ul><li>Working with large global clients on diverse and large-scope projects.</li><li>Mentorship and training in holistic engineering skill sets.</li><li>Provident fund.</li><li>Hybrid working opportunities or full-time office usage.</li><li>Flexible working hours.</li><li>Referral Bonus scheme.</li><li>Additional Paid Days Off.</li><li>Medical Insurance.</li><li>Generous Yearly Home office allowance.</li><li>Generous Tech gear.</li><li>Paid Milestone Sabbaticals.</li><li>Cash bonus to compensate for benefit-in-kind tax for all other benefits.</li></ul>&nbsp;How to Apply:Please send your CV to <a href="mailto:careers@perhagroup.com">careers@perhagroup.com</a>
