&nbsp;RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;<ul><li>Understand and support Business Software (CRM, Business Systems, Cloud Platforms, AI) to assist clients in adopting and utilizing solutions.</li><li>Provide functional support, including resolving functional system problems to ensure smooth operation for clients.</li><li>Assist in delivering product pre-sales demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of the solutions.</li><li>Participate in the implementation process by assisting with assigned tasks and ensuring successful execution.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow industry trends and be informed about advancements in cloud solutions to provide valuable insights to clients.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and engagement.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, or other related fields.</li><li>At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role.</li><li>Good communication skills in English and Greek.</li><li>Knowledge of SoftOne, CRM.COM, Exelsys HCM, Pharmacy System or Payroll or any other business software will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>A strong willingness to learn and grow in the technology field.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>&nbsp;
