Key Duties:<ul><li>KYC: Perform full KYC verification procedure for clients</li><li>Support: Provide clients platform support via chat, email and phone</li><li>Work closely with other department to achieve company set objectives</li><li>Finance: Assist clients and call centre in any clients related financial queries and issues&nbsp;</li><li>Implement the customer service policies of the company</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>European Union work permit</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Fluent in English written and spoken&nbsp;</li><li>Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to take ownership of requested tasks</li><li>Extra language will be considered an advantage</li><li>Any similar job experience will be considered a very strong advantage</li></ul>Employment conditions:<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Full training will be provided</li><li>22 days annual leave</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>&nbsp;Position conditions will be discussed during the interviewFluency in Spanish or Arabic written and spoken is considered a strong advantage.Previous experience will be considered a strong advantage
