OVERVIEW We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reconciliation &amp; Payments Officer to join our team in Limassol. Reporting to the CEO and COO, the successful candidate will be responsible for daily reconciliations of client funds, payment processing, and ensuring smooth collaboration with payment service providers. This role is essential for maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all payment operations. &nbsp;MAIN DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Perform daily reconciliations of client accounts, PSP balances, and company bank accounts.</li><li>Monitor and process incoming and outgoing payments across multiple payment channels.</li><li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.</li><li>Communicate with payment service providers and banks regarding transaction queries or issues.</li><li>Assist with onboarding and integrating new payment solutions.</li><li>Support the preparation of internal and external financial reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with Back Office, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth payment operations.</li><li>Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.</li></ul> &nbsp;CANDIDATE PROFILE<ul><li>Previous experience of at least 1–2 years in a similar role within the Forex, Payments, or Financial Services industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of reconciliation processes and payment systems.</li><li>Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Fluency in English, both written and verbal.</li><li>Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure.</li><li>Eligible to work in Cyprus.</li></ul> &nbsp;WHAT WE OFFER<ul><li>Competitive Salary based on experience.</li><li>A professional, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.</li><li>Daily snacks, beverages, parties &amp; company events.</li><li>22 days of paid annual leave per year.</li></ul> &nbsp;HOW TO APPLYIf you’re interested in this vacancy, please&nbsp;apply directly to the link below:https://monartec.bamboohr.com/careers/74&nbsp;Please note that due to the high volume of applications received, only successful candidates will be contacted. &nbsp;
