Island Private School&nbsp;is one of the fastest-growing private international schools in Cyprus, offering a unique blend of IB, Montessori and Walldorf&nbsp; educational programs. We’re looking for a&nbsp;hands-on, tech-savvy Marketing Manager&nbsp;to build and drive our local marketing efforts — helping us grow our brand, increase enrollment, and energize our community both online and offline.&nbsp;What you’ll do:<ul><li>Lead day-to-day marketing operations under the guidance of our Marketing Director</li><li>Manage the SMM manager and student volunteer content team to ensure authentic, engaging content across platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with Admissions, Parents Communication, the Head of School, and CEO.</li><li>Oversee email marketing campaigns, PR communications, and local events.</li><li>Manage creative coordination with contractors (PPC, design, content).</li><li>Build meaningful engagement with parents, local partners, and the broader Cyprus community.</li></ul>Your 6-month goals:<ul><li>Set up core marketing systems and processes in a startup-like environment.</li><li>Prepare for the peak admissions season (Jan–May 2026).</li><li>Generate at least&nbsp;300 qualified leads&nbsp;from Cyprus-based families in that period.</li><li>Organize&nbsp;at least 3–4 community events&nbsp;(Sep–Dec 2025).</li><li>Boost parent engagement through events and ongoing communication.</li></ul>You’re a great fit if you:<ul><li>Have&nbsp;3+ years of marketing experience, including&nbsp;at least 2 years in the education sector&nbsp;(schools, learning centers, universities, or EdTech).</li><li>Have&nbsp;at least 1 year of team management experience&nbsp;— even a small team.</li><li>Have lived in Cyprus for&nbsp;at least 1 year&nbsp;and are&nbsp;well connected in the local communities.</li><li>Fluency in English.
