The role: We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Product Specialist to join our team and support the growth of our Small Office/Home Office (SoHo) segment. This position is for a fixed-term period of one year.&nbsp;In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the products and services we offer to small business customers. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full marketing and product lifecycle—from researching the market and supporting product launches, to helping design promotional campaigns and analysing performance data. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals across marketing, sales, IT, and customer support, giving you a well-rounded view of how a product goes from concept to customer.&nbsp;Your Responsibilities:<ul><li>Market Research &amp; Analysis: Check weekly competition for any price/product changes, follow the global/European trends.</li><li>Product Launches &amp; Improvements: Follow all the steps for product launches (fixed &amp; mobile), collaborate with IT team, provide requirements, test and approve launch. Review all products for the segment and propose improvements for the products &amp; the processes.</li><li>Commercial Offerings: Prepare commercial offers/ promotions for all services when needed, perform end to end user acceptance tests.</li><li>Collaboration with Sales &amp; Retail Teams: Work closely with sales teams, receive feedback for competition offering, products positioning. Enable sales with the right product knowledge, marketing materials and promotional tactics.&nbsp;</li><li>Campaign Development &amp; Execution: Develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns for the Small Business customers, always in alignment with the campaign’s dedicated team, including email, sms. Manage the whole process and follow up, evaluate the results.</li><li>Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting: Track KPIs related to sales, customer engagement &amp; campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Weekly monitoring of sales (mobile &amp; fixed) for Small Business products.
