Spa &amp; Wellness Therapist&nbsp;We are looking for a dedicated Spa &amp; Wellness Therapist to join our team and deliver exceptional beauty and health treatments to our guests. This role is all about creating memorable experiences through outstanding service, professionalism, and care.&nbsp;What You’ll Do<ul><li>Perform professional treatments with attention to detail, efficiency, and high service standards.</li><li>Provide expert advice on available spa treatments and body care products.</li><li>Assist in promoting spa products to guests with full product knowledge.</li><li>Ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared before each service, following hotel procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of treatments and products used for repeat guests.</li><li>Keep all spa areas organized, clean, and in line with departmental standards.</li><li>Communicate effectively regarding guest needs, equipment, or service-related requests.</li><li>Be knowledgeable about all spa facilities, activities, and services to provide accurate guest information.</li><li>Report guest feedback and concerns to the Supervisor promptly.</li><li>Follow all safety rules and uphold the hotel’s emergency and environmental policies.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Certification in Physiotherapy.</li><li>Knowledge of massage therapy methods.</li><li>Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor.</li><li>Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred).</li><li>A pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Remuneration package<ul><li>Competitive salary according to skills and experience.</li><li>Strong collaborative and professional development environment</li></ul>&nbsp;Applications to hr@straphael.com.&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidence.
