For over four decades,&nbsp;Panchris Group, a family-owned business, has been a&nbsp;pioneering leader in the field of animal nutrition and health in Cyprus.&nbsp;Our&nbsp;vision&nbsp;is to continuously invest in&nbsp;innovation and quality, in order to deliver&nbsp;top-tier products and services&nbsp;to Cypriot&nbsp;farmers, veterinarians, pet shop owners, and consumers.&nbsp;Due to the&nbsp;expansion of our operations, we are seeking a&nbsp;dynamic and well-organized individual&nbsp;for the position of: IT Officer&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:MIS (Management Information Systems)<ul><li>Develop, update, and optimize financial and operational reports/dashboards (KPIs, sales, inventory, investments).</li><li>Support management and finance teams with ad-hoc reporting needs.</li><li>Collaborate with the CFO and Financial Manager to align reporting with strategic objectives.</li></ul>IT Infrastructure &amp; Support<ul><li>Provide first-line IT support to end-users (PCs, tablets, software).</li><li>Maintain and monitor server room operations, backups, and security systems.</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).</li><li>Ensure network stability, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and IT projects.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Development<ul><li>Work closely with the IT Director on system upgrades, cloud migration, and integration projects.</li><li>Deliver training and guidance to staff on IT tools and reporting systems.</li><li>Document IT and MIS processes and create user manuals where needed.</li></ul>&nbsp;Candidate Profile:Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.</li><li>Master’s degree in MIS/IT Management is an advantage.</li><li>2+ years of professional experience in MIS and IT support roles.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).</li><li>Hands-on experience with reporting tools (BI, Excel).</li><li>Good knowledge of Windows servers, networking, and cybersecurity practices.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, or Google Workspace).</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work with both technical teams and business/finance stakeholders.</li><li>Organizational and multitasking ability to balance support with projects.</li><li>Strong communication skills in Greek and English (spoken and written).</li><li>Proactive and adaptable team player.</li></ul>&nbsp;Remuneration &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Attractive compensation package based on skills and experience</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Provident fund</li><li>Birthday leave</li><li>3 days of sick leave</li><li>21 days of paid annual leave</li><li>Cash gift for newborn child</li><li>Corporate insurance plan</li><li>Excellent working environment</li><li>Continuous training and development</li><li>Career advancement opportunities</li></ul>
