The Client:Our Client is&nbsp;a&nbsp;specialised alternative investment manager with significant expertise in the London property market. With offices in London, Dubai, and Nicosia, our Client&nbsp;provides tailored investment management solutions within the&nbsp;niche markets.&nbsp;The Position:&nbsp;On their behalf, we are seeking an Investor Relations &amp; Business Development Officer to join ther&nbsp;Business Development team at Nicosia Head Office. The successful candidate will combine strong financial acumen with a client-focused mindset, playing a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, supporting their ongoing investment activity, and assisting business development initiatives.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the full client process, including reservations, agreement preparation, and onboarding.</li><li>Prepare KYC and AML files for the Compliance Officer.</li><li>Maintain and update the client database, including preparation of holding tables.</li><li>Respond promptly to client queries and requests, ensuring a high standard of service.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Underwriting teams.</li><li>Identify and address key issues, providing solutions where necessary.</li><li>Prepare and manage all client correspondence, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.</li><li>Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management.</li><li>Ensure timely communication with clients on all matters relating to redemptions and investment extensions.</li><li>Provide clients with up-to-date information on company products and services.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, supporting them with information and guidance to encourage continued or increased investment activity.</li><li>Support business development initiatives by assisting in client presentations, proposals, and communications.</li><li>Consistently meet deadlines and deliver high-quality service standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills - Qualifications – Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.</li><li>2+ years’ experience in client relationship, investor relations, or client service roles.</li><li>Strong finance background with excellent numerical and analytical skills.</li><li>Client service oriented, with the ability to build and maintain long-term investor relationships.</li><li>Commercially minded, with the ability to support investment growth and business development initiatives.</li><li>Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.</li><li>Computer literate and comfortable with database management.</li><li>Native Greek speaker with fluency in English (written and spoken).</li><li>CySEC Advanced certification would be a plus; sponsorship for the exam will be provided if not already obtained&nbsp;</li></ul> Location: The position is for the Client’s offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
