The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. This role involves supervising the reception team, managing guest arrivals and departures, handling guest complaints, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The Front Office Manager ensures that all front office procedures are followed correctly, financial transactions are accurate, and reports are prepared for management. Coordination with other departments is essential to guarantee excellent guest experiences and efficient communication across the hotel. The position requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and support front desk staff in daily operations.</li><li>Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.</li><li>Oversee check-in, check-out, and reservation processes.</li><li>Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports.</li><li>Ensure excellent customer service and smooth communication between departments.</li><li>Train and motivate front office employees.</li><li>Manage cash handling and billing procedures accurately.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and service standards.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in front office or hospitality management.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera).</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>Fluent in English &amp; Greek. Additional languages are an advantage.</li></ul>
