George Y. Yiangou (IDR) Ltd, with more than 40 years of experience in the field of debt collection, is looking to recruit an International Debt Collection Specialist for its offices in Nicosia.&nbsp;Duties &amp; ResponsibilitiesThe job holder will be responsible for negotiating with debtors for the collection of their overdue payments in an amicable manner. The IDC Specialist will be implementing the company’s communication strategy to achieve the desirable results and closely monitoring the progress of each case. S/he will also be responsible for regularly liaising with clients about their cases, ensuring that the high standard of quality is met.&nbsp;More specifically, her/his duties will include:·&nbsp;Identifying contact information about debtors and establishing communication with them.·&nbsp;Building trust and ensuring all information regarding the outstanding debt is clearly communicated to debtors·&nbsp;Negotiating a repayment plan with debtors and trying to find a mutually accepted solution&nbsp;·&nbsp;Liaising with clients/responding to queries and providing suggestions on how to best handle a case&nbsp;Qualifications/credentials and Personal Characteristics·&nbsp;Excellent knowledge (written and spoken) of the English and Arabic languages·&nbsp;Knowledge of any additional languages will be considered as an advantage·&nbsp;A bachelor’s degree in any field will be considered as an advantage·&nbsp;Previous experience in the field of debt collection will be considered as an advantage·&nbsp;Strong communication and negotiating skills·&nbsp;Ability to work under pressure·&nbsp;Eligibility to work in the Republic of Cyprus&nbsp;Remuneration PackageThe successful candidate will be offered a competitive remuneration including 13th salary, provident fund, 22 days of annual leave, free parking etc.Application ProcessInterested applicants may send their CV το <a href="mailto:recruitment@yiangou.com.cy">recruitment@yiangou.com.cy</a> by the 31st of October 2025.12 Kennedy Avenue, Kennedy Business Center, 2nd floor, 1087, Nicosia[t] +35722653333 [w] <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://www.idr.com.cy">www.idr.com.cy</a>
