The Role&nbsp;As a Site Engineer, you will take on a key role in managing and overseeing construction activities on-site. Ensure that all works are executed in line with plans, specifications, and quality standards, while meeting project timelines. You will coordinate daily operations, monitor progress, and resolve any technical or on-site challenges. The successful candidates will be provided with on-the-job training as well as trained on the AGC Construction Methodology &nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Study section plans, drawings and specifications·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor the quality of works by referring to the company’s Quality Manual·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Participate in coordination meetings with all project parties (foreman, workers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaise with the project management team·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Update the company’s Cost Control System·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Update the site Journal·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and ensure alignment with company standardsProfile and Qualifications·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Site Engineer·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD/Revit·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High level of accuracy and attention to detail.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good command of the Greek and English language·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Highly motivated, willing to learn and apply knowledge&nbsp;What We Offer·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;An attractive package will be offered to the successful candidate based on qualifications and experience.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 8 days of training annually to support your professional growth·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provided fund·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 13th salary·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A positive and collaborative working environment where professionalism, respect, and teamwork are at the core of everything we do.
