The RoleAs a Graduate Site Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects on-site. You will be joining a highly skilled and motivated team committed to mentoring you in your role as you contribute to building lasting relationships with clients and associates.The successful candidates will be provided with on-the-job training as well as trained on the AGC Construction Methodology. &nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Study section plans, drawings and specifications</li><li>Monitor the quality of works by referring to the company’s Quality Manual</li><li>Participate in coordination meetings with all project parties (foreman, workers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.)</li><li>Liaise with the project management team</li><li>Update the company’s Cost Control System</li><li>Update the site Journal</li><li>Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and ensure alignment with company standards</li></ul>Profile and Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent</li><li>Experience: None required</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD/Revit</li><li>Good command of the Greek and English language</li><li>Highly motivated, willing to learn and apply knowledge</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer<ul><li>An attractive package will be offered to the successful candidate based on qualifications and experience.</li><li>8 days of training annually to support your professional growth</li><li>Provided fund</li><li>13th salary</li><li>A positive and collaborative working environment where professionalism, respect, and teamwork are at the core of everything we do.
