Position Overview&nbsp;This is an on-site position based in Limassol, offering an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional with experience in the gaming industry to contribute to strategic decision-making and develop into a future leader within the organization. &nbsp;The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and advance into a managerial role within the BI department as the team continues to expand.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and maintain reports to monitor daily performance metrics across multiple brands.</li><li>Define, investigate, and analyze game events, perform initial quality assurance checks, and visualize results.</li><li>Analyze transactional and gaming data to generate meaningful insights that support strategic decisions and product development.</li><li>Collaborate with various departments to understand business requirements and deliver analytical support.</li><li>Conduct continuous analysis of gaming and sportsbook user behavior, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.</li><li>Lead data-driven projects, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to enhancing overall data practices within the team.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst.</li><li>Demonstrated experience within the gaming industry (sportsbook or casino).</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.</li><li>Experience in team leadership or mentoring is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>€100 Wolt credits every month.</li><li>Comprehensive medical insurance from day one.</li><li>Birthday celebration and gift at the office.</li><li>Regular happy hours and company parties.</li><li>Internal competitions with high-value rewards and recognition.</li></ul>💼 Interested candidates can send their CVs to: <a href="mailto:hr@wiztechgroup.com">hr@wiztechgroup.com</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;
