Check out the details below and see if this is the right fit for you. &nbsp;Purpose of Role/Summary: The PHP Laravel Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining back-end solutions that support web-based platforms such as websites, CRM systems, and mobile applications. The role involves developing APIs, managing data flows, and working collaboratively with front-end teams to ensure seamless integration and high-performance functionality. Strong technical expertise in PHP and Laravel is essential, along with a focus on clean code, scalability, and performance. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and optimizing applications, maintaining databases, and contributing to the delivery of innovative, user-centric solutions within an Agile development environment. &nbsp;Main Activities and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, document, and maintain advanced web-based applications and backend systems</li><li>Build innovative, secure, and scalable solutions in collaboration with UX and front-end teams</li><li>Prepare, integrate, and maintain APIs and ensure effective communication between systems</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability</li><li>Participate actively in the application lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance</li><li>Test and maintain core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and reliability</li><li>Collaborate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure timely and effective delivery</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following best practices</li><li>Contribute to process improvements and advocate for best coding standards</li><li>Perform other duties relevant to the role as assigned &nbsp;</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, coding bootcamp, or equivalent professional experience</li><li>5+ years of hands-on experience as a PHP Laravel developer</li><li>Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles</li><li>Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs</li><li>Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL)</li><li>Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)</li><li>Practical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, Node.js, and jQuery</li><li>Experience with Laravel, PHP, API integration, and unit testing</li><li>Fluency in English (both written and spoken)</li><li>Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Passion for clean code, performance optimization, and continuous improvement</li><li>Knowledge of MetaTrader 4/5 platforms and APIs is a plus &nbsp;</li></ul>Further Info:<ul><li>Amman, Jordan or Cyprus, Limassol</li><li>Sunday–Thursday, 08:30–17:00 / Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00</li><li>Friendly and collaborative workplace with hybrid working options</li><li>Paid annual leave</li><li>Flexitime available</li><li>Competitive salary package with benefits If you are interested please apply here: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://ingotbrokers.bamboohr.com/careers/314?source=aWQ9MjI%3D">https://ingotbrokers.bamboohr.com/careers/314?source=aWQ9MjI%3D</a>&nbsp;</li></ul>
