Over the years we gained valuable experience and we have partnered with all major software and hardware vendors allowing us to offer efficient, reliable and scalable solutions.With customers in the legal, financial, retail, manufacturing, government and betting industries in Cyprus and Abroad we have established a growing customer base.&nbsp;&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities include<ul><li>Support customer requests by phone or email or ticketing portal remotely or onsite</li><li>Perform remote troubleshooting on the issue and details provided by customers.</li><li>Install and configure or perform upgrades on computer/notebook hardware, client operating systems and applications.</li><li>Knowledge of basic TCP/IP,DNS,DHCP</li><li>Knowledge of Basic Office 365 Administration (user creation,password reset, end user setup</li><li>Basic knowledge of structure cabling</li><li>Installation and configuration of new and existing computers,laptops, routers, network printers, switches, peripherals, VOIP equipment (will be considered an additional advantage), CCTV (will be considered an additional advantage)</li><li>Must be able to travel in Cyprus major cities if needed</li><li>Carry out any other activities assigned to him/her by the management and are related to his/her duties.</li></ul>Job Requirements<ul><li>University Degree in Information Technology or related field is required</li><li>Very good knowledge of Greek and English language</li><li>Integrity and Responsibility</li><li>Communication skills</li><li>Driving License</li><li>Experience in similar position will be considered an additional advantage</li></ul>BenefitsCompetitive renumeration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience including 13th Salary and Provided Fund
