AML, Compliance and Risk Management

eCREDO Ltd is a European Electronic Money Institution (EMI) offering innovative digital financial services to individuals and businesses across Europe. Headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus, eCREDO combines credibility, security, and convenience to deliver seamless connectivity between people and their money.We are seeking to recruit a Regulatory Compliance &amp; AML Compliance Officer to strengthen our compliance function and support the company’s continued growth within the European payments landscape.Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance and AML frameworks in line with EU and local regulations, including EMD2, PSD2, and AML/CFT legislation.</li><li>Prepare and submit the Annual Compliance Report, AML Report, and other regulatory documentation.</li><li>Conduct regular compliance monitoring and internal audits to ensure adherence to applicable requirements and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Manage all compliance matters related to the company’s electronic money and payment services licence.</li><li>Design and deliver compliance and AML training to employees across the organisation.</li><li>Oversee transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and due diligence activities.</li><li>Review and enhance KYC, onboarding, and customer lifecycle management processes.</li><li>Advise senior management on regulatory developments and provide recommendations to mitigate compliance risks.</li><li>Liaise with regulatory authorities and external bodies on AML and compliance-related issues.</li><li>When required, act as a non-executive director or control function officer for client entities within the Group.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>University degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration or a related discipline.</li><li>Proven professional experience in Compliance, AML, or Regulatory Affairs, preferably within an EMI, Payment Institution, or the financial services sector.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of EMD2, PSD2, and the EU AML framework.</li><li>Strong understanding of KYC, CDD, and transaction monitoring practices.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A professional, collaborative environment within a rapidly developing financial institution.</li><li>Exposure to the dynamic European fintech and payments ecosystem.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development within a compliance-driven culture.</li></ul>Application Process If you meet the above requirements and are seeking a new professional challenge within a growing organisation, please submit your CV to hr@ecredo.com.All applications will be handled with the strictest confidentiality and used solely for recruitment purposes.
