Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drafting, reviewing, and executing legal opinions and various legal documents</li><li>Representing clients in court independently and/or under guidance from senior colleagues</li><li>Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts</li><li>Liaising with public authorities and regulatory bodies</li><li>Assisting with compliance and transactional matters</li><li>Supporting client due diligence and KYC procedures</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)</li><li>Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) is considered an advantage</li><li>Member of the Cyprus Bar Association</li><li>Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken</li><li>Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their CV to: <a href="mailto:info@athanasioulaw.com">info@athanasioulaw.com</a>&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
