A top player in digital marketing is looking for a talented middle motion designer to join their team in Limassol. Through top-notch software and a stellar team of talents, they provide transformative software, marketing and social media management services that help businesses grow. &nbsp;What You’ll Do:As Middle Motion Designer, you will craft persuasive and high-quality video presentations of various products, services and brand identity materials. &nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop engaging advertisements for acquisition campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and others.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier artists, agencies, and designers.</li><li>Uphold high visual standards with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring alignment with client objectives, audience needs, storytelling, and overall context.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Media Buying team to refine and optimize creative assets for improved performance.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to branding guidelines and offer constructive feedback to the Head of Department and other key stakeholders for continuous improvement.</li><li>Provide guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing as needed, including onboarding new team members or agencies in alignment with business needs.</li><li>Deliver art direction, brand management, and hands-on design and animation for projects beyond acquisition campaigns.</li><li>Work in conjunction with the creative operations team to ensure that all assets meet technical and aesthetic standards while supporting business goals.</li><li>Stay updated with emerging tools and technologies, such as AI-driven production tools for video and voice, to enhance and expedite the production process.</li></ul>Qualifications: &nbsp;To excel in this role, we're seeking candidates with:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Motion Graphics or a related field.</li><li>Over 3 years of professional experience in a similar industry.</li><li>Proven experience working within performance/acquisition-focused teams.</li><li>Strong understanding of performance metrics for video content, including CTR, CPAs, and others.</li><li>Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.</li><li>Knowledge of 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Maya is a plus.</li><li>Character animation skills are an advantage.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficient in translating concepts into engaging motion graphics.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in English is essential.</li></ul>Remuneration Package:<ul><li>Full-time, on-site employment&nbsp;(in office)</li><li>Competitive salary range: depending on experience.</li><li>21 annual leave days paid in full.</li><li>3 days paid sick leave.</li><li>Monetary vouchers on birthdays and additional occasions.</li><li>Breakfast and snacks in the office.</li><li>Weekly company-paid lunch.</li><li>Career development opportunities.</li><li>Training and development.</li></ul>Join the team in Limassol to put in motion a rewarding career, full of exciting opportunities!Excel in your career of choice – join us in Limassol!
