As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a talented and detail-driven&nbsp;Design&nbsp;Project Manager&nbsp;to join our Marketing team. The&nbsp;Design&nbsp;Project Manager&nbsp;will oversee the company’s&nbsp;design&nbsp;direction, manage the internal&nbsp;design&nbsp;workflow, and ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns. This person will act as the bridge between creative execution and marketing strategy - managing&nbsp;designers, external agencies, and production vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand output on time. We’re looking for a professional with a leader-of-thought mindset - someone who can set direction while staying open to ideas, combining vision with attentive listening. &nbsp;Location: Limassol, CyrpusReports to: Head of Marketing Communictaions Main Tasks and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and coordinate the&nbsp;design&nbsp;workflow within the marketing team - from task brief to final delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with agencies and freelancers on&nbsp;design&nbsp;tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.</li><li>Develop creative concepts and work with agencies on the creation of digital ads and visuals for social media and other platforms.</li><li>Build and manage a network of&nbsp;design&nbsp;and production contractors.</li><li>Collect information from different departments to prepare briefs, all creative deliverables (brochures, presentations, banners, flyers, digital assets, stands, etc.) &amp; ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and match the company’s visual style.</li><li>Track and control budgets for&nbsp;design&nbsp;and production.</li><li>Manage and build a video and photo bank.</li><li>Work with printing agencies - select paper, finishes, and check production quality.</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Strong managerial mindset combined with excellent taste and visual judgment.</li><li>Minimum&nbsp;5 years of hands-on experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;design&nbsp;or creative project management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or agency environments.</li><li>Education is valued but not a deciding factor;&nbsp;practical understanding of&nbsp;design&nbsp;and marketing processes is key.
