Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Advise on long-term business and financial planning.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to build, provide guidance on strategic plans, annual budgets/quarterly forecasts, and to identify risks and opportunities.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensures transactions comply with company policy as well as international and local guidelines.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting work.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare profitability reports and cash flow budgets.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and deliver financial presentations for client meetings and provide every month in a timely manner all statements of existing customers.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, working with operations, corporate accounting, and others to consistently improve accuracy and efficiency of processing transactions while improving internal controls.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure compliance with internal controls and take a lead role in enhancing current control procedures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate field management needs with corporate accounting, finance, treasury, IT and other departments as needed.&nbsp;Requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other related discipline.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Holder of ACCA or other similar qualification will be considered as an advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3+ years of relevant working experience in a similar position.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Working experience in the Asset management/Real Estate Advisory business will be considered as an advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (written and spoken).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent knowledge of MS Office.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Great communication and problem-solving skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Commitment to delivering the highest quality.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent organization and time management skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attention to detail.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Trustworthiness. &nbsp;We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for growth and advancement. &nbsp;If you are interested in the position, please submit your CV at <a href="mailto:careerscy@delfipartners.com">careerscy@delfipartners.com</a> and mention in the subject the reference DPSAMLC25. &nbsp;Each application will be treated in the strictest confidence.
