CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly regarded company operating in the iGaming industry, we are seeking to recruit a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing regulatory compliance matters across one or more licensed jurisdictions. You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to applicable gambling regulations, conducting internal audits, preparing reports for regulators, and supporting operational teams. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field, who possess approximately 3+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within the online gambling industry. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions is essential, and excellent communication skills are a must. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, based on skills and experience, which includes an annual incentive bonus, medical insurance, and pension scheme. Relocation support to suitable applicants based outside of Cyprus is also available.&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead regulatory compliance efforts for assigned jurisdictions (e.g., UKGC, MGA, SGA, DGA, DGOJ, GGL, AGCO, LOTBA, Brazil, Peru, etc.).</li><li>Ensure the company’s policies, procedures, and systems comply with local regulatory requirements.</li><li>Manage communication with regulatory authorities, including licence applications, renewals, notifications, and complaints.</li><li>Oversee periodic and ad-hoc reporting to regulators.</li><li>Conduct and document internal audits and compliance reviews.</li><li>Provide compliance guidance to internal departments (Marketing, Payments, Product, Operations, etc.).</li><li>Monitor new and updated regulations, identifying potential impacts and required changes.</li><li>Coordinate with external advisors or consultants where necessary.</li><li>Maintain internal documentation and evidence for audit readiness.</li><li>Serve as the final editor and approver for high‑level customer complaints and regulatory complaint submissions.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within the online gambling industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.</li><li>Excellent communication skills - strong presenting and report writing skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Experience dealing directly with regulators is a strong advantage.</li><li>High-level of attention to detail, strong organisational and analytical skills.</li><li>High ethical standards, methodical and diligent whilst keeping in mind the values and objectives of the organisation.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Benefits:&nbsp;<ul><li>Attractive salary package.</li><li>Relocation package provided for candidates moving to Cyprus.</li><li>Monetary vouchers on Birthdays and other special occasions.</li><li>Medical Insurance.</li><li>Pension Scheme.</li><li>A chance to advance professionally inside one of the world's largest iGaming organisations.</li></ul>&nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG8703.
