Tax AssociateJob Overview:<ul><li>Entry-level role designed for recent university graduates.</li><li>Hands-on role with plenty of learning opportunities and exposure to real client work from day one.</li><li>Role includes direct client interaction and collaboration with senior team members.</li><li>Excellent opportunity for recent university graduates to begin their career in taxation and receive full sponsorship towards a professional qualification such as ACCA, ADIT or equivalent.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Tax Associate located in Larnaca.</li><li>Assist in the preparation and submission of Cyprus income tax returns, temporary tax calculations and defence tax forms.</li><li>Support in the preparation of Summary Information Tables (SIT) for transfer pricing compliance.</li><li>Support the payroll team and assisting in social insurance matters and PAYE matters.</li><li>Liaise with the Cyprus Tax Department and other authorities on client matters.</li><li>Assist in tax registrations, tax residency certificate applications, and due diligence procedures.</li><li>Maintain and update internal records, ensuring deadlines and obligations are met.</li><li>Participate in client meetings and team discussions.</li><li>Communicate with clients and the Cyprus Tax Department on routine tax matters.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Law, Economics, or a related discipline.</li><li>Strong academic record and desire to pursue a professional tax qualification.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.</li><li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail.</li><li>Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive starting salary and performance-based progression with a 13th salary</li><li>Provident Fund of 4%-16% based on seniority.</li><li>Full sponsorship of professional qualifications (ACCA, ADIT, or similar).</li><li>Structured training program with mentorship from senior professionals.</li><li>Clear career progression pathway.</li><li>A dynamic and supportive work environment.</li></ul>
