OverviewPhoenicia Fereos Cyprus Limited is hiring for the position a proactive and commercially minded individual to support the Marketing and Trade teams in executing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of sales and trade dynamics, strong organizational skills and the ability to provide accurate administrative and analytical support.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide administrative support to Marketing and Trade Managers.</li><li>Assist in coordinating marketing activities, trade programs and campaigns.</li><li>Maintain and update internal databases, reports and tracking tools.</li><li>Prepare presentations, reports and documentation for internal and external use.</li><li>Support the team in executing trade marketing initiatives and in-store activations.</li><li>Collect, consolidate and analyze basic data to support decision-making.&nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field.</li><li>Basic understanding of sales processes, trade marketing and commercial dynamics.</li><li>Strong organizational and administrative abilities.</li><li>Good analytical skills and familiarity with Excel/analytics tools.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Business and commercial mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience</li><li>13th salary</li><li>5-day work week (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week)</li><li>Friendly and flexible working environment</li><li>Opportunities for career development within the commercial/marketing function</li></ul>&nbsp;Ready to grow your career in a dynamic back-office environment?
