We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our team at La Casa del Habano in Nicosia. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand—delivering a premium customer experience, building lasting relationships and ensuring our high standards are consistently met. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Greet and assist customers in a professional manner. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Promote and sell our tobacco products by actively engaging with customers. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Understand customer preferences and recommend products that best suit their needs. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure the store environment is consistently clean, organized and visually aligned with the premium image of our brand. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support daily operations and contribute to the team’s goals through effective communication and collaboration. Candidate Profile •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Able to interact with customers in a friendly and professional way, creating a welcoming and helpful experience. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to understand and apply sales techniques. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reliable, team oriented with attention to detail. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluency in Greek and English is essential. Knowledge of other languages is a strong advantage. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Clean criminal record.<ul><li>Valid Working Permit.</li></ul>&nbsp;Remuneration and benefits •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fixed monthly salary •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monthly commission based on sales&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;13th Salary •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participation in the company’s Provident Fund scheme •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;25 days paid annual leave •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ongoing training and professional development&nbsp; &nbsp;Work Hours&nbsp; The working hours are 38 hours per week to be allocated in mornings and/or afternoons for 6 days of the week.
