We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused&nbsp;Sales Assistants&nbsp;to join our team in Limassol.&nbsp;At the heart of our success is our commitment to exceptional customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, delivering a premium customer experience, building lasting relationships and ensuring our high standards are consistently met.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.</li><li>Promote and sell our tobacco products by actively engaging with customers.</li><li>Understand customer preferences and recommend products that best suit their needs.</li><li>Ensure the store environment is consistently clean, organized and visually aligned with the premium image of our brand.</li><li>Support daily operations and contribute to the team’s goals through effective communication and collaboration.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role.</li><li>Able to interact with customers in a friendly and professional way, creating a welcoming and helpful experience.</li><li>Ability to understand and apply sales techniques.</li><li>Reliable, team oriented with attention to detail.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English is essential.</li><li>Knowledge of other languages is a strong advantage.</li><li>Clean criminal record.</li><li>Valid Working Permit.</li></ul>Remuneration and benefits<ul><li>Fixed monthly salary</li><li>Monthly commission based on sales</li><li>13th Salary</li><li>Participation in the company’s Provident Fund scheme</li><li>25 days paid annual leave</li><li>Ongoing training and professional development</li><li>Provided Meals</li><li>Free Parking Space</li></ul>Work HoursThe working hours are 38 hours per week to be allocated in mornings and/or afternoons for 6 days of the week.&nbsp;To Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to <a href="mailto:vacancies@pfcy.com.cy">vacancies@pfcy.com.cy</a>, quoting “Sales Assistant – Limassol” in the subject line.&nbsp;&nbsp;All applications will be handled with the strictest confidence.
