For over 49 years, Kanika Hotels and Resorts has established itself as a leader in hospitality concept design, consistently recognized with awards for its commitment to innovative infrastructure and talent development.We are seeking a talented professional for the role of Marketing Manager, who will serve as the 'Brand Guardian' for Kanika Hotels &amp; Resorts.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute a commercially viable Marketing Strategy aligned with the company’s business goals</li><li>Ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of the Marketing Strategy</li><li>Oversee the marketing plan's conception, focusing on transaction growth across all channels</li><li>Maintain a strong and consistent Kanika Hotels &amp; Resorts brand message across all platforms (email, websites, events)</li><li>Enhance the global brand value proposition and manage the customer experience across all marketing touchpoints</li><li>Lead the marketing team in executing campaigns, from planning to execution</li><li>Identify target audiences for events and develop effective messaging strategies</li><li>Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging marketing materials that drive growth</li><li>Conduct competitive analysis to uncover new market opportunities.</li><li>Utilize data-driven strategies to optimize channel performance</li><li>Work with other departments to create effective marketing solutions for business targets</li><li>Manage and control the marketing budget to maximize ROI while achieving company objectives</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>5 years of leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism</li><li>Proven track record in creating and executing effective marketing strategies</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand development, social media, and e-commerce</li><li>Team player with excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Capable of being hands-on while also taking a strategic approach</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret data for growth decisions</li><li>Proficient in web analytics and CRM systems (Hubspot experience is a plus)</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English with exceptional communication abilities.</li><li>EU Citizen or holder of an EU Work Permit</li></ul>Ready to take your hospitality career to the next level and make a real impact?
