Join us in the capacity of Head of Performance Marketing and become a key member of the Marketing Department at our Head Office team.&nbsp;The Head of Performance Marketing is responsible for leading Kanika Hotels &amp; Resorts’ performance-driven marketing activities, ensuring strong demand generation, measurable return on investment (ROI), and digital excellence across all channels. The role plays a strategic part in supporting commercial objectives, hotel revenue targets, and the continuous growth of direct channel contribution through data-driven marketing practices.This position covers paid media, SEO/SEM, analytics and attribution, CRM activation, website performance and conversion funnel optimization, as well as B2B marketing co-operations. Working closely with hotel teams and cross-functional stakeholders, the role ensures seamless campaign activation and maximizes marketing impact at both Head Office and property level.With the right leadership mindset, analytical expertise, and commercial focus, you will make a powerful contribution to the Group’s success and will be recognized and rewarded accordingly.&nbsp;What we expect from you:<ul><li>Lead the strategy and execution of all paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and Programmatic platforms, continuously optimizing performance against ROI and CPA targets through structured A/B testing and funnel analysis</li><li>Ensure SEO, SEM, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives are embedded within the overall marketing plan to maximize direct channel performance and traffic acquisition</li><li>Own and continuously improve website performance and conversion rates, ensuring uptime, fast load speeds, mobile responsiveness, and technical SEO compliance</li><li>Monitor key website KPIs, including sessions, bounce rates, funnel drop-offs, speed scores, and error logs, proactively coordinating with IT and external partners to resolve performance issues</li><li>Lead CRO initiatives across booking funnel pages, including hero banners, rate displays, booking engine interfaces, and checkout flows</li><li>Ensure CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) are fully leveraged for attribution tracking and engagement measurement</li><li>Develop, maintain, and present comprehensive marketing performance dashboards covering paid media ROI, website conversions, CRM engagement, B2B co-op performance, and digital reach</li><li>Provide data-driven insights for monthly and quarterly performance reviews with senior management</li><li>Work closely with Revenue Management to align funnel optimization initiatives with pricing strategies and promotional visibility</li><li>Coordinate with Brand and Content teams to ensure creative assets and messaging are optimized for digital performance and user experience</li><li>Conduct compliance audits to ensure all software systems, tools, processes, and services meet company policies, quality standards, mission, and values, taking immediate corrective action where required</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree considered an advantage)</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior marketing roles, with at least 3 years in digital or performance marketing, ideally within hospitality or tourism</li><li>Proven track record in managing paid media campaigns with measurable ROI and attribution</li><li>Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and digital advertising tools</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>High level of integrity, accountability, and results orientation</li><li>Strong project management and organisational skills</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an asset</li></ul>Ready to take your hospitality career to the next level and make a real impact?
