Nammos Restaurant in Limassol, is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and ambitious professional Chef De Partie.&nbsp;About Nammos&nbsp;Nammos World Group is known for luxury dining, hospitality, and lifestyle experiences. Nammos is also famous for elevated entertainment, weekly live music and collaboration with the most recognized worldwide fashion brands such as Loro Piana, Loewe, Dior.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and cook dishes with precision, strictly following recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.</li><li>Regulate and monitor temperatures of ovens, grills, broilers, fryers, and other kitchen equipment to ensure food safety and quality.</li><li>Safely manage thawing of frozen foods in refrigeration units, maintaining hygiene standards.</li><li>Ensure consistent portioning and attractive plating of all dishes.</li><li>Maintain accurate food preparation logs and monitor food quality and quantity, reporting any issues promptly.</li><li>Effectively communicate with the team to coordinate support during busy periods and provide updates on specials or surplus ingredients.</li><li>Collaborate with F&amp;B staff to keep them informed about special dishes and menu changes.</li><li>Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating staff, serving as a professional role model.</li><li>Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, weighing, and storing with care.</li><li>Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Test food to ensure proper cooking and quality standards are met.</li><li>Set up and break down workstations, maintaining cleanliness and organization.</li><li>Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, tools, and equipment according to hygiene protocols.</li><li>Adhere to all safety policies and promptly report hazards or maintenance needs.</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of company information.</li><li>Foster a positive team environment through clear, professional communication.</li><li>Carry out additional duties as assigned to support kitchen operations.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional qualification.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a 4- or 5-star hotel or a well-established restaurant.</li><li>Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and food safety standards.</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Certification.</li><li>Impeccable professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-centric mindset.</li></ul>What we Offer:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package + tips</li><li>Growth within a globally renowned restaurant</li><li>Training and development from top industry professionals</li><li>Accommodation provided and daily meals during shift</li></ul>Ready to join us?Send your CV to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:recruitments@parklanecyprus.com">supervisor@nammoslimassol.cy</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;and be part of the Nammos experience!
