We are currently looking for PHC FRANCHISED RESTAURATNS PUBLIC LTD (Taco Bell) Kitchen Assistants for Larnaca.&nbsp;A kitchen assistant, plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a restaurant or food service establishment since they are the production line. They support the restaurant by performing various tasks that contribute to a clean, efficient, and organized kitchen environment.&nbsp;JOB QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Be a customer service enthusiast</li><li>Have a Basic knowledge of English language</li><li>Excellent Organizational Skills</li></ul>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Assisting with chopping, peeling, slicing, and dicing vegetables, as well as other basic food preparation tasks.</li><li>Preparing Customer orders fast and efficiently avoiding errors</li><li>&nbsp;Keep the area clean by Wiping down counters, tables, cutting boards, and other surfaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.&nbsp;Sweeping, mopping, and ensuring that the kitchen floor is free of spills, debris, and hazards.</li><li>Regularly cleaning kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers to ensure they are ready for use.</li><li>Storing cleaned equipment, tools, and utensils in their designated places.</li><li>Notifying the manager on duty of any equipment that is damaged or in need of repair.</li><li>&nbsp;Assisting with the unloading and checking of deliveries to ensure that all items are accounted for and in good condition.</li><li>Organizing and storing food supplies, ingredients, and equipment in the correct storage areas, such as refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage.</li><li>Labeling food items and ingredients with dates and names to ensure proper usage and storage.</li><li>&nbsp;Following the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to ensure that older stock is used before newer stock, reducing waste.</li><li>Assisting in minimizing food waste by properly handling and storing ingredients.</li><li>Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment such as gloves, aprons, and hairnets, to maintain hygiene standards.</li><li>Place dirty dishes in washing machine or in lantza</li><li>Ensure that there are clean dishes and utensils for FOH</li></ul>Applicants should send their CV at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:f.konides@phc.com.cy">f.konides@phc.com.cy</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;
