Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee the creation and management of an editorial calendar for consistent posting across all key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage and guide the creation, curation, and optimization of high-quality content, including images, videos, GIFs, stories, and written posts.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide direction to junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally with business units to ensure alignment of marketing activities.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, coordinating campaigns and ensuring measurable impact.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging data to optimize results and ROI.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and timely reporting on campaign spending.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Define key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate outcomes, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, integrating innovative approaches into strategy.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform additional tasks as required by management. &nbsp;Requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A relevant degree or qualification in advertising, digital marketing, media, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; At least 4–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a strong track record of driving engagement, growth, and brand visibility.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Demonstrated experience in managing campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, execution, monitoring, and optimization.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficiency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong written communication and copywriting skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Advanced knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and the ability to derive insights for strategic decision-making.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Creative, proactive, and willing to think outside the box.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A team player who is motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for growth and advancement.&nbsp; &nbsp;If you are interested in the position, please submit your CV at <a href="mailto:careerscy@delfipartners.com">careerscy@delfipartners.com</a> and mention in the subject the reference DPSDME26. &nbsp;All applications will be handled confidentially.
