The role focuses on developing reliable analytics frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic and operational marketing decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Analyst enables data-driven optimization of campaigns, tools, and customer journeys. &nbsp;Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform marketing analytics to improve efficiency and drive growth across key marketing KPIs.</li><li>Develop, enhance, and govern marketing analytics methodologies, processes, and reporting standards.</li><li>Conduct ongoing market, customer, and performance research to support the Marketing team’s strategic and tactical initiatives.</li><li>Support and optimize the marketing technology stack, including dashboarding, tracking, campaign management, and analytics tools.</li><li>Manage marketing data streams, including event tracking and system integrations, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.</li><li>Maintain and improve data quality, with a strong focus on attribution model accuracy and ongoing development.</li><li>Perform attribution, funnel, and cohort analyses to evaluate marketing performance and customer behavior.</li><li>Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and ad hoc reports to enable timely, data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Support and document procedures related to marketing metrics, tracking, and measurement frameworks.</li><li>Conduct market benchmarking and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.</li><li>Manage and evaluate analytical tools, ensuring effective usage and continuous improvement.</li><li>Proactively identify insights, trends, and opportunities through curiosity-driven analysis and clear storytelling.</li></ul>Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a relevant field.</li><li>Previous experience of at least 3 years as a Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst or a similar role.</li><li>Excellent command of the English language.
