IDEASEVEN is growing&nbsp;We’re looking for a talented&nbsp;UX/UI Designer&nbsp;to join our design team. In this role, you’ll work closely with other designers, project managers, developers, and clients to turn complex ideas into clear, impactful design solutions.&nbsp;Who should apply:<ul><li>Web Designers who consider themselves talented.<ul><li>1+ years experience or education</li><li>UX understanding</li><li>Figma knowledge is a must</li><li>Loves web + mobile as a hobby</li><li>Can present to clients if needed</li><li>Work closely with other remote designers world wide</li></ul></li><li>Generally you feel you have what it takes to join the design department with your skills and can add value to a well established digital and design agency.</li></ul> Responsibilities:<ul><li>UX/UI work on websites, web apps, e-shops, mobile apps and graphic design work</li><li>Own projects from discovery to final delivery</li><li>Design clean, modern and conversion-focused interfaces</li><li>Create and maintain designs and component libraries in Figma</li><li>Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation</li><li>Present and explain design decisions to clients with confidence</li><li>General design services the company may need</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Motivated and highly energetic designer</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC) and others</li><li>Attention to detail for pixel-perfect designs</li><li>Full understanding of Web and Mobile design</li><li>Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects and as part of a team</li><li>Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment</li><li>Excellent listening and communication skills</li></ul>We offer an attractive remuneration package depending on qualifications and experience.Applicants must be able to demonstrate having worked on projects requiring the above skills.
