Product Manager – IT - (Ref. code: 6123/PM/ESS/CY) Role Overview: We are looking for a&nbsp;Product Manager&nbsp;to lead the end-to-end design, definition, and lifecycle management of innovative IoT-based IT products and services. In this role, you will shape new IoT service offerings from concept to launch and beyond—defining value propositions, validating market demand, building business cases, and guiding scalable, service-oriented products through continuous evolution. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with solid technical understanding and a passion for building impactful, scalable digital products. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Envision and design IoT-based IT products delivered as scalable, service-oriented solutions (IoTaaS).</li><li>Define and maintain a clear product vision, roadmap, and value proposition aligned with business strategy and market needs.</li><li>Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify opportunities and differentiation.</li><li>Develop feasibility studies and business cases, including cost models, ROI analysis, and commercial viability assessments.</li><li>Define high-level and detailed product and technical requirements in close collaboration with architecture, engineering, and operations teams.</li><li>Analyze and evaluate hardware, software, platforms, connectivity, and third-party components that comprise the IoT service.</li><li>Select and recommend optimal component combinations based on cost, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.</li><li>Perform pricing and cost analysis, contributing to pricing models and overall pricing strategy.</li><li>Work closely with delivery, service, and support teams to ensure successful product launch and operational readiness.</li><li>Manage the full product lifecycle, including enhancements, upgrades, end-of-life planning, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive ongoing innovation and product evolution.</li></ul>Must-Have Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or similar roles within IT or technology-driven environments.</li><li>Proven experience designing and managing IT products or services, preferably subscription-based or managed services.</li><li>Strong understanding of IoT ecosystems, including devices, connectivity, platforms, data management, and security.</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical and commercial product definitions.</li><li>Experience with market analysis, business case development, and financial feasibility assessments.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written).</li></ul>Nice-to-Have Qualifications:<ul><li>Master’s degree (MBA, Engineering, or related discipline).</li><li>Certifications in Product Management, Agile/Scrum, or related methodologies.</li><li>Hands-on experience with IoT platforms, cloud services, or data analytics solutions.</li><li>Experience delivering products in regulated industries or large enterprise environments.</li></ul>Interested candidates should apply <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17691611648350037257ePz?source=Ergodotisi">here</a>&nbsp;
