Pafilia is looking to recruit a high-calibre Business Development Manager to join the company’s Commercial Department.&nbsp;&nbsp;Location: Limassol&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;• Expand the company’s network of associates with qualified individuals and/or companies that are directly or indirectly affiliated with the real estate industry, with the main target country being Cyprus and more specifically the city of Limassol. The successful candidate is expected to achieve this through continuous market research and extensive market knowledge.• Maintain, nurture and further develop the existing network of associates under her/his responsibility. The successful candidate is expected to achieve this through continuous trainings, networking activities and any other form of business function that can enhance business relationships.&nbsp;Necessary requirements:&nbsp;• University degree, preferably in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Law or a related field• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferably in Real Estate, Private Banking or a Sales-related industry• Excellent knowledge of English both written and oral• Excellent Computer skills• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing and fast-paced environment&nbsp;• Excellent communication and time-management skills• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements• Work methodically and proactively in order to achieve her/his set targets• Have a data-driven mindset and be able to follow the processes and procedures relating to the company’s CRM system&nbsp;Knowledge of any other foreign language apart from English (specifically Russian) and/or previous experience with the company’s CRM system (Zoho CRM) will be considered as an advantage&nbsp;An attractive remuneration package (including basic salary + commissions + company car + petrol expenses + mobile phone) will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.&nbsp;Are you a passionate and dynamic sales professional seeking for a new challenge?
