Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Systems Design &amp; Operations: Design, implement, and manage Windows and Linux server environments across on-premises and cloud platforms.</li><li>Identity &amp; Access Management: Administer Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and identity and access controls, including MFA and role-based access.</li><li>Virtualization &amp; Storage: Manage and support virtualization platforms and associated storage systems to ensure performance and availability.</li><li>Security &amp; Resilience: Implement system hardening, patch management, backup, and disaster recovery solutions to maintain secure and resilient systems.</li><li>Hybrid &amp; Cloud Support: Support cloud-based workloads and hybrid integrations between on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Governance: Ensure systems configurations and operations comply with ISO 27001 controls and NIS regulatory requirements.</li><li>Infrastructure Improvements: Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and security improvement initiatives.</li><li>Escalation &amp; Mentorship: Provide escalation support for complex issues and mentor junior engineers within the team.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Audits: Maintain accurate documentation for audits, disaster recovery, and operational procedures.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience designing, operating, and securing enterprise-grade systems within hybrid IT environments.</li><li>Strong expertise in Windows Server and/or Linux systems across on-premises and cloud platforms.</li><li>Hands-on experience managing hybrid identity environments, including Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD).</li><li>Experience administering virtualization platforms such as VMware and/or Hyper-V.</li><li>Strong understanding of system hardening, patch management, backup, and disaster recovery practices.</li><li>Experience supporting cloud workloads and hybrid integrations.</li><li>Solid knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements aligned with ISO 27001 and NIS.</li><li>Experience working in regulated or security-sensitive environments.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and escalation-handling skills.</li><li>Excellent documentation skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or equivalent.</li><li>Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate is highly desirable.</li><li>VMware Certified Professional (VCP) and/or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certifications are advantageous.</li><li>ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation or Lead Implementer certification is highly desirable.</li><li>ITIL Foundation certification is considered a plus.</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Strong Windows Server and Linux administration expertise.</li><li>Hybrid identity management and access control skills.</li><li>Virtualization, storage, and backup solution experience.</li><li>Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Bash scripting.</li><li>Strong understanding of system security hardening principles.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Proactive approach to risk identification and continuous improvement.</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Private Health insurance</li><li>Pension Fund</li><li>Employee Benefit Card</li><li>Complimentary Lunch</li><li>A fast-growing and vibrant company</li><li>Great opportunities for career progression</li><li>Exciting company activities, including team-building outings, corporate gatherings, and events&nbsp;</li></ul>Application Instructions: To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:careers@mano-security.com">careers@mano-security.com</a> quoting “Senior Systems Engineer”.
