Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Network Design &amp; Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructures.</li><li>Network Security: Configure and manage enterprise firewalls, VPNs, and other security controls to protect network assets and data.</li><li>Hybrid Connectivity: Implement and maintain secure connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and cloud environments.</li><li>Monitoring &amp; Performance: Monitor network performance, availability, and security events to ensure optimal operation and rapid issue detection.</li><li>Incident Response: Support incident response activities, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Governance: Ensure network configurations and operations align with ISO 27001 controls and NIS regulatory requirements.</li><li>Network Improvements: Lead network upgrades, segmentation initiatives, resilience improvements, and capacity planning activities.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Audits: Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and audit evidence to support internal and external reviews.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade network infrastructures.</li><li>Strong expertise in LAN, WAN, wireless, and hybrid (on-premises and cloud) networking environments.</li><li>Hands-on experience with enterprise networking vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Aruba.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security principles.</li><li>Experience implementing and managing firewalls, VPNs (site-to-site and remote access), and IDS/IPS solutions.</li><li>Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts in Azure and/or AWS environments.</li><li>Experience working in regulated, critical, or high-availability environments.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage incidents effectively.</li><li>Excellent documentation skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Professional certifications such as CCNP (Enterprise or Security), Fortinet NSE 4–7, Palo Alto PCNSE, or equivalent.</li><li>Cloud networking certifications such as Azure Network Engineer Associate or AWS Advanced Networking are advantageous.</li><li>ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation certification is highly desirable.</li><li>CCIE certification is considered an asset.</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Advanced routing, switching, and network architecture expertise.</li><li>Strong firewall and network security design skills.</li><li>Proficiency with network monitoring, diagnostic, and troubleshooting tools.</li><li>Ability to manage complex technical environments independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.</li><li>Proactive approach to identifying risks, vulnerabilities, and improvement opportunities.</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Private Health insurance</li><li>Pension Fund</li><li>Employee Benefit Card</li><li>Complimentary Lunch</li><li>A fast-growing and vibrant company</li><li>Great opportunities for career progression</li><li>Exciting company activities, including team-building outings, corporate gatherings, and events&nbsp;</li></ul>Application Instructions: To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:careers@mano-security.com">careers@mano-security.com</a> quoting “Senior Network Engineer”.
