Y. Vasiliou &amp; Co LLC (Vasiliou Law)is seeking to recruit on behalf of an associate, an ambitious and talented Real Estate Back Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the Firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and organisational support to the Firm’s departments and teams, contributing to the smooth and efficient handling of real estate matters.&nbsp;Job description•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Administrative support for real estate transactions and related matters.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Preparation, organisation and maintenance of client and property files.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assisting with documentation relating to sale, purchase, and lease transactions.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaising with lawyers, clients, Land Registry, and other authorities as required.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitoring deadlines and follow-ups on ongoing matters.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handling correspondence in Greek and English.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintaining accurate records and databases.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assisting with compliance procedures, including KYC documentation.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Any other general administrative duties related to real estate matters.&nbsp;Candidate Profile•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluency in English and Greek is essential.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous experience in a law firm will be considered an advantage.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;A Law Degree will be considered an advantage.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience in real estate administration or back-office support will be considered a plus.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong organisational and multitasking skills.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.&nbsp;Vacancy Benefits•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive remuneration package depending on qualifications and experience.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stable and professional working environment.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Opportunities for professional development and growth.&nbsp;Application processInterested candidates are requested to send their applications enclosing a detailed CV to the following email address: m.georgallidi@vasiliou.law, including the subject description “Real Estate Back Office Administrator”.
