Main Responsibilities<ul><li>CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and maintain secure and resilient CI/CD pipelines supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.</li><li>Infrastructure Automation: Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, ARM, or CloudFormation.</li><li>Cloud &amp; Hybrid Operations: Manage, optimize, and support Azure and/or AWS platforms integrated with on-premises infrastructure.</li><li>DevSecOps Implementation: Embed security controls, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Monitoring &amp; Logging: Ensure logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions meet operational, security, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Vulnerability &amp; Patch Management: Support vulnerability management, patching processes, and secure configuration baselines across environments.</li><li>Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Security, Infrastructure, and Development teams to improve reliability, security, and delivery efficiency.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Audits: Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and audit evidence to support ISO 27001 and NIS compliance.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience supporting and enhancing DevOps practices within hybrid IT environments.</li><li>Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud and on-premises systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS in hybrid deployments.</li><li>Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and automation practices.</li><li>Strong Linux and/or Windows system administration skills.</li><li>Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.</li><li>Good understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.</li><li>Experience embedding security controls into delivery pipelines (DevSecOps principles).</li><li>Familiarity with security and compliance requirements aligned with ISO 27001 and NIS.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.</li><li>Excellent documentation skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert or AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional.</li><li>Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) is an advantage.</li><li>HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification is desirable.</li><li>Azure Administrator Associate or AWS Solutions Architect certifications are a plus.</li><li>ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation certification is highly desirable.</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies.</li><li>Proficiency with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.</li><li>Strong automation and scripting capabilities.</li><li>Experience operating containerized and orchestrated environments.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and pipeline issues.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.</li><li>Proactive approach to identifying risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Private Health insurance</li><li>Pension Fund</li><li>Employee Benefit Card</li><li>Complimentary Lunch</li><li>A fast-growing and vibrant company</li><li>Great opportunities for career progression</li><li>Exciting company activities, including team-building outings, corporate gatherings, and events&nbsp;</li></ul>Application Instructions: To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:careers@mano-security.com">careers@mano-security.com</a> quoting “DevOps Engineer”.
