Check out the details below and see if this is the right fit for you. &nbsp;Purpose of Role/Summary: The MT4/MT5 Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of MT4/5 trading platforms, including bridges, plugins, and related applications, by following provided instructions and addressing any technical issues that arise. &nbsp;Main Activities and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure smooth functionalities and operations of MT4/5 trading platforms, bridge technologies and third-party applications</li><li>Manage and monitor the liquidity providers for price quotes and solve any issues that might arise</li><li>Offer better trading experience by using third party applications for different monitoring</li><li>Use of 3rd party applications for different monitoring and offering better trading experience</li><li>Configure and modify MT4/5 settings, such as groups, securities, margin, leverage etc.</li><li>Configure and modify bridge settings, such as markup, slippages, execution delays etc.</li><li>Group allocations and accounts set up for trading new products</li><li>Install and configurate of server-side plugins</li><li>Implement the creation and termination of future contracts, and holidays</li><li>Create and update new offers (instruments, groups, etc.) on the MT4/5 platforms, bridges and any related third-party applications</li><li>Senior team-members when update/upgrade is available for MT4/5 or any third part application</li><li>Restart daily the MT4/5 trading platforms and Bridges, during market break</li><li>Handle any price quotes issue in the real-time server, such as price freezing, price gaps, and filtration levels</li><li>Resolve any trade/account related issues, raised by any department, in timely parameters</li><li>Assist Dealing and Hedge Departments to balance the books’ exposures based on instructions given</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to offer streamline trading experience</li><li>Follow any implementation instructions given by department managers and other senior team members</li><li>Any other duties relevant to the role &nbsp;</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance or relevant</li><li>2+ Years’ experience in similar role within Forex industry</li><li>Fluent in English (Both written and oral)</li><li>Computer Literate</li><li>Excellent communication and problem- solving skills</li><li>Fast learner and able to adapt to any changes &nbsp;</li></ul>Further Info:<ul><li>Candidate should be able to work 3 shifts to cover 24H (rotation)</li><li>Shift A (7am to 3pm) Shift B (3PM to 11pm) Shift (11pm to 7am)</li><li>The role is in Limassol, Cyprus</li><li>Friendly and fun working environment</li><li>23+ days annual leave entitlement&nbsp;</li><li>A competitive compensation package which includes great benefits</li><li>Monthly social activities If you are interested, please apply <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://ingotbrokers.bamboohr.com/careers/398?source=aWQ9MjI%3D">here:</a> <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://ingotbrokers.bamboohr.com/careers/398?source=aWQ9MjI%3D">https://ingotbrokers.bamboohr.com/careers/398?source=aWQ9MjI%3D</a>&nbsp;</li></ul>
