We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist &amp; Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a key front-of-house role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, with the opportunity for the role to develop into an insurance technical support position over time.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Managing the reception area and welcoming clients and visitors</li><li>Answering and directing incoming calls and emails in a professional manner</li><li>Providing administrative support to brokers and management</li><li>Maintaining client records, filing, and data entry</li><li>Preparing correspondence, documents, and reports</li><li>Assisting with general office duties and diary management</li></ul>About You<ul><li>Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role</li><li>Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)</li><li>Must be fluent in English to a high standard both oral and written. Greek oral / written would be considered an advantage. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
