On behalf of our client,&nbsp;a leading Group of Companies in the Manufacturing sector, we are seeking to identify a dynamic and experienced&nbsp;Chief Financial Officer&nbsp;to join their team in Nicosia, Cyprus. &nbsp;Chief Financial Officer - ​​​​​​(Ref. 6050/CFO/ESS/CY) &nbsp;Position Overview: A leading Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and strategic&nbsp;Chief Financial Officer (CFO)&nbsp;to join its executive leadership team. The CFO act as a key strategic and operational partner to the Managing Director and senior leadership team, driving financial discipline, operational performance and scalable growth across multiple production entities. The role goes beyond traditional finance leadership and requires deep hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, operational cost structures and performance optimization across plants and supply chains. Key Responsibilities: Strategic &amp; Operational Financial Leadership<ul><li>Shape and execute the Group’s financial and operational strategy to support expansion, efficiency and long-term value creation.</li><li>Act as a core member of the executive leadership team, contributing to business planning, operational investments and transformation initiatives.</li><li>Translate operational data into financial insight to support decision-making across production, procurement and commercial functions.</li><li>Evaluate business opportunities, capital projects and operational investments with strong ROI and risk analysis.</li></ul>Operational &amp; Manufacturing Finance Oversight<ul><li>Lead financial control and performance monitoring across manufacturing operations and multiple sites.</li><li>Partner closely with Plant and Operations Managers to improve production efficiency, throughput, and cost per unit.</li><li>Drive the implementation and enhancement of cost accounting and product costing methodologies.</li><li>Establish plant-level financial dashboards and KPIs covering yield, waste, utilization and productivity.</li><li>Support operational excellence initiatives through financial modeling and performance tracking.</li><li>Oversee inventory controls, valuation accuracy and stock optimization across warehouses and production facilities.</li></ul>Budgeting, Forecasting &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>Direct the Group’s budgeting and rolling forecast processes with strong operational input and scenario planning.</li><li>Monitor performance against budgets and operational targets, identifying variances and corrective actions.</li><li>Strengthen margin analysis and pricing structures through data-driven financial models.</li><li>Lead cross-functional performance reviews linking financial results with operational drivers.</li></ul>Cash, Capital &amp; Funding Management<ul><li>Ensure robust cash flow planning and working capital optimization across the Group.</li><li>Oversee treasury operations, banking relationships and funding arrangements.</li><li>Assess and structure financing solutions for capital expenditure and operational investments.</li><li>Monitor liquidity and financial risk exposure across entities.</li></ul>Governance, Controls &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure full compliance with IFRS, local tax legislation and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Strengthen internal controls, financial reporting accuracy and audit readiness.</li><li>Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors and advisors.</li><li>Develop and maintain risk management frameworks covering financial and operational risks.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Lead, develop and modernize the finance function to support operational and strategic needs.</li><li>Build strong collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.</li><li>Develop finance talent and succession capability within the organization.</li><li>Promote a performance culture focused on accountability, transparency and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting &amp; Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field; ACCA or ACA qualification preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of senior finance leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial or production environments.</li><li>Proven expertise in operational finance, cost accounting and multi-site manufacturing structures.</li><li>Strong experience working with ERP systems and operational reporting tools.</li><li>Solid knowledge of IFRS, Cypriot tax laws, and financial compliance requirements.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning, capital management, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Accountable, with high integrity and confidentiality.</li></ul>Reporting Structure:<ul><li>Reports to: Managing Director</li><li>Direct Reports: Head of Accounts</li></ul>Interested candidates should apply <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17621771188920037257rVb?source=Ergodotisi">here</a>
